I’ve used blackangus.com a few times now, and it’s been really simple. My brother and I were trying to get a table for 4 on a weekend, and the site showed the available times clearly without making us call around or sit on hold. We found a spot quickly and booked it with no hassle. Nothing fancy, just easy and it worked like it was supposed to.

I really appreciated that Black Angus just showed the prices clearly before I ordered. No clicking around forever, no guessing, no “wait, why is it more now?” situation, which is something I’ve had happen way too many times with other places.

I checked the menu online before we went, and what I saw there was basically what we paid at the restaurant. That should be normal, but somehow it isn’t. I’m always annoyed when places hide stuff, change prices, or make you find out at the very end, so it was nice not having to deal with that again.

The site was easy to use, the pricing was clear, and there weren’t any weird hidden surprises. Seriously, no hidden charges, no confusing menu prices, no last-minute nonsense. 5 stars from me.

The steak was good, honestly. It had a nice flavor and I enjoyed it. The sides, though, were kind of bland and didn’t really add much to the meal. Not bad overall, just nothing that really stood out besides the steak.

I’m kind of worn out from dealing with food deliveries that show up cold or leaking everywhere, so this was a nice change. The food stayed hot, nothing spilled, and I didn’t have to clean up a mess before eating. Solid experience.

I found a coupon before placing my order, so... that was a nice bonus and saved me a bit of money. Checkout was easy too, honestly. No issues on my end.

It came out warm, rich, and perfectly soft, not dry at all. The ice cream tasted fresh too, which made the whole thing even better. Nothing too fancy or over-the-top, just a really good dessert. I’d seriously come back just for that next time.

Booked a table on Black Angus for Saturday night and, amazingly, the whole thing didn’t turn into a 45-minute internet adventure. The reservation went through fast, I got the confirmation right away, and even changing the time was easy. Weirdly stress-free, which I guess is allowed now.

The drinks and small bites were actually really good. I’m usually a little skeptical when it comes to places like this, especially because customer service can be hit or miss and I don’t always trust that they’ll handle things well if something goes wrong. But food and drinks-wise, I had a solid experience.

The food was genuinely good and tasted fresh, so no complaints there. That said, the service was slow, which made the overall experience a bit less enjoyable. I’d still consider going back, but hopefully the wait is shorter next time

The side dishes totally stole the show for me. The mashed potatoes were super creamy, the veggies weren’t overcooked, and the mac and cheese actually tasted fresh instead of dry like you get at some places. Everything showed up warm too, which was Nice. I’d order from blackangus.com again just for the sides lol.
